No. Checkout and the billing portal are both hosted by Stripe, so your card number is never sent to our servers and we could not see it if we wanted to. We store only the subscription status Stripe reports back.

Yes. There is a promotion-code field on the Stripe checkout page — enter it there and the discount applies before you are charged.
